1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.

• You are of sound mind and are not accessing the Platform under the influence of substances that impair your judgment.

7777p may request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 7777p may result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

4 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold only one Account on the 7777p Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account — whether directly or through a third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When registering an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Promptly update your Account information if any details change.
• Select a strong, unique password and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times.
• Notify 7777p immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

7777p conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of its account management obligations. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required period may have their withdrawal capabilities suspended until verification is successfully completed.

7777p reserves the right to refuse Account registration at its discretion and without providing reasons.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All Account Balances on the 7777p Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. 7777p reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
• Accepted Payment Methods: 7777p accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability at the time of the transaction.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your Account Balance within seconds of a confirmed transaction. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the issuing institution.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 60 minutes for mobile wallet methods under normal operating conditions. Processing times may extend during high-volume periods, maintenance windows, or pending KYC review.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit into your Account. 7777p may require additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
• No Currency Conversion Fees: 7777p does not charge currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. The amount deposited is the amount credited to your Balance with no deduction.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

7777p offers promotional bonuses, deposit match offers, reload bonuses, and other incentives to eligible Account holders from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed Account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per Account, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements as stated in the specific promotion's terms. Standard wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Bonus Funds expire as specified in the promotion's individual terms. Expired Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• 7777p reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled before a Player has commenced participation, any deposit made specifically for that promotion will be refunded to the Account Balance.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, wagering across multiple positions to guarantee profit, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets, live casino games, slots, and specialty games offered on 7777p are governed by the following general rules, supplemented by any game-specific or sport-specific rules published on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted by the 7777p system, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player except in circumstances explicitly permitted by 7777p (such as cash-out features where available).
• 7777p reserves the right to void any bet where an error has occurred in the odds, lines, or bet acceptance process due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure. Voided bets will be returned to the Account Balance.

• In the event of a dispute between the Player and 7777p regarding the outcome of a bet or game, 7777p's records shall be considered conclusive, subject to the Player's right to escalate the dispute through the process described in Section 14.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7777p Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Account Balances and pending winnings:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraudulent transactions, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written approval from 7777p.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any bet or casino game.
• Engaging in matched betting strategies specifically designed to abuse bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of those offers.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's Account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses 7777p staff or other players.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 7777p Platform — including but not limited to software, code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7777p or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use as a registered Player. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 7777p.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

10 Limitation of Liability

You agree that pending resolution of any dispute, you will not initiate any chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider in relation to amounts wagered on the Platform, except where 7777p has failed to respond to your complaint within the timeframes specified above.
